ONLINE RETURN POLICY
FULL PRICE ITEMS : Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund, exchange or return voucher.
SALE ITEMS: SALE items can only be returned for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. Exchanges can only be fulfilled for items of the same value only (subject to stock availability). If stock is not available you are eligible to receive a credit note. An exchange is only accepted once, against the original order and will not be eligible for a further exchange or refund based on change of mind. FINAL ITEMS:These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled 'FINAL SALE'.
EXCHANGING ITEMS : For Australian Customers free exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your original order delivery date. Exchanges can only be fulfilled for items of the same value only (subject to avaliablility). If stock is not avaliable, you are eligible for a credit note. Kindly Note: you only need to cover the cost of your return shipping back to our online warehouse. Once your return is received your exchange item will be shipped free of charge.
PROMOTION POLICY: Full Price items purchased on promotion are eligible for a refund. Bardot deems a promotional item to be a full priced item marked down for a limited time that will return to its original price after the promotional period ends.
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN
Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders and 30 days of delivery for International orders. All online orders purchased from www.bardot.com must be returened to the Bardot Online Warehouse Only. If your return or exchange is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email email@example.com along with your order number to request a returns authorisation number and include the following information;
- order number
- name on order
- style code
- return reason code (as outlined on packing slip)
Returns or exchanges received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns authorisation.
ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange on eligible items due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns/exchanges are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to Bardot.
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.
Return vouchers are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately. Please view our updated Gift Card and Credit Note Terms and Conditions here.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Bardot, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
