The information on this page forms the Online Return Policy and Conditions for Bardot and Bardot Junior. Nothing in this policy is intended to in any way limit or vary the application of your statutory rights. For further information regarding your statutory rights, please refer to the ACCC website here.


If your item was purchased during to these dates your return policy will be available on the tax invoice included in your delivery.

Online purchases made from 12.01am AEDT Wednesday 17th Febraury 2021 and delivered within Australia are eligible for exchanges. Unfortunately, for international delivery we are unable to facilitate exchanges via the online store. You are welcome to return only eligible items outlined within our policy and repurchase your new size/item.

Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email for a returns authorisation. 

Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.

Online purchases must be returned via mail to the online store.

Return vouchers are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately. 


Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Bardot, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
