Best sellers have been known to sell out within hours of being released so pre-orders are a great way to ensure you get your hands on your favourite styles and you don’t miss out on the hottest trends!
By placing a pre-order, you have secured your item prior to it being released to the rest of the world.
HOW DO I PURCHSE A PRE-ORDER?
It couldn’t be easier. You simply add your Pre-Orders to your bag as you would with any other item. Head to check out and boom.. you’ve bagged yourself first dibs on our exciting new arrivals.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PRE-ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT TO ME?
You can check the expected date on the product page of your chosen item. As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse, the Pre-Order is shipped out to you via express post.
If, for any reason, the product is delayed, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to discuss your options. Simple!
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY PRE-ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to make any changes to a Pre- Order after you’ve paid, or you decide to cancel, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 466 526 as soon as possible.
Please note: No changes will be accepted 24 hours prior to an order shipment.
