At Bardot, we recognise that fashion is an experience and we aim to make yours a personal one. If, for any reason, we have sold out of the size you require online, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 466 526 or email customerservice@bardot.com.au and they will be happy to have a chat and help track down your size in a local store.

HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?

Step 1: Find a comfortable spot, grab yourself a coffee and channel your inner stylist.
Step 2: Spend some time with our New Arrivals. Every week we welcome more of the latest styles to keep your wardrobe brimming with sassy, remarkable pieces. You can also subscribe to our fortnightly trend updates, so you are kept up to date on what’s hot in the wonderful world of fashion.
Step 3: Shop our category sections. We have thoughtfully grouped together our tops, bottoms, accessories etc. to make styling outfits easy. On the left hand side, you can filter down to find the exact style you are looking for! 
Step 4: Click into your desired product and underneath, you will see suggestions as to what our designers think will pair back with the item. Alternatively, just trust your instincts and style it out in something individually you.
Step 5: Ok, so you’ve mused over various outfits and decided on the winners. Quick search them by typing the name, style code or trend keyword into the search bar in the top right hand corner. 
Step 6: Add to basket, check out, start making some room in your wardrobe and gleefully await the arrival of your new best friends.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BROWSE, ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING BAG OR USE MY WISHLIST?
No, you don’t need an account to do that, you can browse, add items to your bag and your wish list without signing up. However, you will need an account if you want to save your wish list. Once items are added into your bag, it will be reserved for you for 30 minutes before it expires. If you would like to create an account and you need some help, please visit the ‘My Account’ section or call our friendly Customer Service Team during business hours on 1300 466 526.

I DON’T WANT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH BARDOT BUT I’D LIKE TO PURCHASE ONLINE. WHAT DO I DO?
We understand that time is of the essence for busy fashionistas like yourselves, so, we have added the option of ‘Express Checkout’ to help speed up the process for you. All you need to do is select the items you want, and head to the checkout. Instead of entering your email address and other details, select the ‘Express Checkout with Paypal’ option. It’s as easy as that! 

Please note: SMS notification is not an option when selecting this fast track payment process. 

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY SIZE ONLINE?
Don’t panic! All is not lost. Why not drop our friendly Customer Service team an email here (email address link), or even better, call them on 1300 466 526 and ask if they can check stock in a store near you, to save you the journey!

If, for any reason, the style you want is so popular that it’s sold out everywhere, our Customer Service team can advise whether there will be more coming back into stock, or maybe suggest a similar style you might like instead.
