Making Christmas Shopping Easy

Extended Christmas Return Policy: Christmas purchases made between 25th November – 24th December 2017 inclusive, can be returned (in line with our Online Return Policy) up until 14th January 2018.

ONLINE RETURN OPTIONS

Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund or a credit note.

Sale online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a credit note only.

Refunds can be made to the original payment method only. Where the original payment method is not available, a credit note will be issued. Credit notes are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately online, please allow 24 hours for your credit note to be active in store.

We are currently not able to facilitate exchanges via post. Please select the option below to find your closest store’s contact information and opening hours. 

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a return in line with our policy, within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian orders. International returns are available within 28 days of receiving your order. 

To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

Change of mind returns are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to Bardot or Bardot Junior Online.

RETURN FAQ'S

What do I do if my online purchase is faulty?

All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email with images of the issue, your order number and any other relevant information to hello@bardot.com and we will be in touch within 2 business days.

How long does it take to process my return?

We endeavour to process all returns within 2 business days of receipt and a return confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed. 

Where a credit note is issued, this will be included in your return confirmation email. Credit notes are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately online, please allow 24 hours for your credit note to be active in store. 

Where a refund is issued, please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of your return confirmation email for your refund to be received processed by your financial institution.

Can I return my online purchase in my local store?

You are welcome to return your online purchase to your local store, however please note out in store return policy will apply. 

Full Price online purchases returned to your local store due to change of mind are eligible for a credit note or exchange.

Sale online purchases returned to your local store due to change of mind are eligible for an exchange only.
