We offer great delivery rates to our friends across the Tasman. Just pay a flat rate of $9.95 and submit your order by 2pm AEST and you’ll receive your DHL parcel at your door within 2-5 business days.

All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
Prices, shipping, and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred when delivering into your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer. As these differ by country and are subject to change please check with your local customs office for further details.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course! An email with your tracking information will be sent to you between 4-6pmAEST on the day your order is dispatched. Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel here. Bardot members can also find their tracking details by logging into their Bardot account here.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL?
Don’t worry, someone else at home or your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card from DHL will be left to advise of a failed delivery attempt. To save any confusion and a delay in receiving your package, we recommend sending your purchase to your workplace. For orders that require redelivery due to incorrect information, or if the delivery has not been claimed, a delivery fee will be charged.

Please double check your delivery address before submitting your order, ensuring you supply the most accessible address to help get your package to you on time. Bardot does not accept responsibility for lost parcels. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PARCEL?
If you haven’t received your parcel and it has been more than 7 business days since your order was dispatched, get in touch with our Customer Service team here. We will lodge an investigation with DHL on your behalf, and keep you updated on the status.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to receive an outcome from DHL.

CAN I SUPPLY AN AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)? 
Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you can request this service when choosing our international delivery option. You may do this by selecting ‘Authority to Leave’ in the shipping section of the check out.

Please Note that by choosing to provide ATL we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.
