How it works

If an item you are looking for is not available in-store, our Stylists will forward your contact details and product query to our e-Stylist.


Our e-Stylist will contact you within one (1) business day to discuss how best they can service your product query.

The e-Stylist will explore a range of options to fulfil your request.This includes direct to door delivery*, information about re-stocking and pre-orders.
