Steps to your new career with Bardot:
Firstly, use the search tools to find current vacancies and your perfect next career move. Apply for your chosen role online and ensure to include a current resume and cover letter. You'll receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your application.
Once we've received your online application, the Human Resources team will review it in line with the relevant selection criteria. Should your skills and experience meet the specific requirements of the role, we’ll be sure to contact you. Phone / Video screening
Should you meet our selection criteria, the next step is for either Human Resources or the relevant Hiring Manager to conduct a phone and/or video screen. This is a simple way for us to get to know you and your experience better. Both screening tools will usually take no longer than 5 minutes and during this time we'll ask you to explain why you’d like to work for Bardot as well as a little bit about your work history.
After a successful phone screen you will then be invited to attend an interview with the relevant Manager and/or Human Resources. The Bardot interview process generally involves a mixture of technical and behavioural questions that relate specifically to the key competencies and responsibilities required for the role. Should further interviews be required you will be notified at this point in time.
For some roles within Bardot we find it valuable to conduct psychometric assessments. These assessments are nothing to be wary of; and identify various personality traits, as well as management and learning styles. Should you be required to participate in a psychometric assessment, Human Resources will advise you during the interview process.
If you have made it successfully through the interview stage, we will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers. We will ensure to ask your permission before we contact any referee you have given us.
Once we have received successful reference checks, we will make you a verbal offer of employment and email through a written employment contract. Following this a welcome pack will be sent to you via email.
